I have a lot of CC to post for you. But, as you may know, after the lasted update a lot of mods from many creators broke. And there's an expansion coming this week.
So I'll wait a little bit and see what's going to happen, if any CC is going to break. When everything is right, I'll start posting these CC for you :)
As of now, I created this simple override to share with you.
3 different styles of phone wallpaper overrides :)
I'll post the images of all wallpapers available in each set.

DOWNLOAD/INSTALL:
1- Please choose JUST ONE VERSION. You can only use one override for an item at a time.
2- Choose the version you want, download it, extract it and place it on your Mods folder.
3- It won't work if you're already using another mod that overrides the phone wallpapers.
4- As all override mods, avoid putting it more than 1 folder deep, or it may not work.
Example 1: Mods/Replacements/(your file here) - OK 👍
Example 2: Mods/Replacements/Images/(your file here) - Won't work 👎
5- If you later want to use another version, first delete the one you're currently using and then replace for you one you want. If you want the wallpapers to go back to EA's version, just delete it from your Mods folder.
NOTE 1: Out of my mods, it conflicts with the BTS phone wallpapers override.
NOTE 2: These images do not belong to me. They were found on "free background images" websites.
